As a Hispanic female who was born in Ecuador and immigrated to the United States at a young age, Gianna Crespo is proud of her Hispanic roots and her successes in achieving and continuously surpassing her career goals.

Through her employment as an associate attorney at Bower Law, she focuses on the defense of hospitals, physicians, nursing homes and other healthcare professionals in claims of complex medical malpractice. Her experience also extends to areas of general liability, immigration law and appeals where she has proven herself to be a strong and successful appellate counsel for the firm. The quality of her legal work and her successes in securing summary judgments and dismissals quickly made her an important and integral part of the firm.

Gianna obtained her B.A. degree from Stony Brook University in 2005, which she attended on an academic scholarship. While attending Hofstra Law School, where she obtained her J. D. degree in 2011, she was chosen for an internship to the in-house counsel of a major corporation.

Gianna is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey as well as the U.S District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She is a member of the Nassau Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, the Nassau County Women’s Bar Association, the Long Island Hispanic Bar Association (Board Member) and the Association for Healthcare Risk Management of New York (Committee Member).
