Rebecca Medina is an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Howard R. Brill, P.C. in Hempstead, New York, where she specializes in the practice of Immigration Law.  Rebecca has worked extensively on immigration removal defense, naturalization matters, criminal immigration matters and immigration appeals. Prior to focusing on immigration law, Rebecca interned for the Honorable Francois Rivera in the King’s County Civil Supreme Court where she drafted a decision which was published on the front page of the New York Law Journal. Rebecca earned her B.S. from Cornell University and her J.D. from New York Law School (“NYLS”), where she was an award-winning member of the Moot Court Association.
